Uniting Church Minister (Doctorate in the spirituality of Japanese flower arranging) and self-proclaimed “Cult Expert”.

• In 2005, the day before Kenja is attacked ruthlessly and corruptly by the tabloid press over Cornelia Rau lies – David calls asking to interview Ken.
• He claims he is writing a book on the misuse of the word 'cults' and claims Kenja is not a cult and he intends to help us and wants to “investigate” Kenja.
• This is a very similar story to that of Melissa Maclean.
• Ken welcomes him in.
• David attends anything he wishes in Kenja.
• He tells us what an asset Kava is in dealing with his parishioners.
• He tells us of his involvement with ASIO (he says he reports on “cults” to them)
• A quote from David Millikan – his answer to who should be allowed to determine the legitimacy of differing views on spirituality?
  
  ‘… if it’s going to be resolved, it can only be resolved by the mainstream religions who get together – this is my dream – that they get together and they decide amongst themselves what is good religion and what is bad religion… but it is up to religion in the sense that you say to the state “This is what we think is good religion...” ’ *

• His reputation is tarnished somewhat by his betrayal of other groups (such as ours).
• After turning up to early morning children's activities inappropriately “the worse for wear” after a night out, and his often inappropriate behaviour including that with young women, Ken calls him to task.
• Ken often challenged David on his integrity to his (David’s) ministry and his integrity in his dealings with the groups that he pretended to befriend, and to his own God. Ken asked him to leave after he announced his intention to betray the agreements he had initially made with us.
• For this, David never forgave Ken – for example this interview on ABC Radio, Australia Talks (30 July 2008) – one year after Ken’s passing: “Ken Dyers… I have no respect for him... I didn’t like the man at all.”
• One of the most despicable actions that anyone calling himself a ‘man of the cloth’ could engage in, occurred on the weekend after Ken’s passing when David wrote for the Sydney Morning Herald a slanderous and personally vengeful article attacking Ken. This was David’s personal payback to Ken, since someone who has passed on cannot sue.
• David’s trouble with the courts for defamation is well known, so he attacks Ken after his passing.
• David Millikan is not welcome at any Kenja activity, and should be exposed as a potential betrayer to any group he approaches.

“Cult Expert”.

Louise appears to be an “expert” on whatever is fashionable at the time.

1989 – expert on dangerous chemicals in the house

1991 – expert in the non-toxic house

1992 – expert on ancient secrets of your own “energy field”, “chi”, “prana” and “psychic energies”

Examples of her expertise:

“… my kitchen became a crude laboratory as we laid out a ‘patient’ on the kitchen table and experimented with metal cooking trays and wooden chopping boards as shields between my hands and the recipient… My brother and husband swore it was far better than ultrasound or laser therapy for their injured backs (Your Mindbody Energy p25).

“My grandmother can change the station on her radio by just putting her hand near the dial, without touching it” (Your Mindbody Energy p43).

1994 – in her book Dangerous Persuaders she is an expert on “cults and personal development courses”

1997 – Secrets – her book The 12 Secrets of Health and Happiness.

And also in 1997 – how to unite Australia.

In 1992 she used her patient Annette Stephens/ Bianchi to promote her new book Your Mind body Energy (does she consider Kenja and Ken’s energy work a threat to her new book?)

According to Annette Stephens, Louise uses hypnosis to deal with Annette.

Louise Samways is an active promoter of the “cult witch hunts” and is paid to counsel “ex-cult participants”.

Ex-state and federal politician – was deeply involved in the initial and current attempts to discredit Ken and Kenja.

• Annette Stephens/ Bianchi and Mutch link very early in the 1992-1993 plan to attack Ken and Kenja.
• Mutch is fraught with personal reasons to discredit Ken and Kenja.
• He is the link, when a state member of parliament, to powers of the state.
• With Stephens/ Bianchi in November 1992 he conspires to make a short speech in parliament denigrating Ken and Kenja.
• The speech is full of tabloid newspaper-grabbing headlines – that can be quoted in the newspapers free of defamation.
• It was a cheap move – because anything spoken in parliament can be quoted free of defamation.
• And it was used to hype up the 1992 attack against Ken and Kenja. A plan Annette Stephens/ Bianchi and Mutch were involved in together.
• It worked.The local paper in the area where Mutch lived, carried an article quoting this inflammatory, deceitful speech.
• It was this article that may have come to the attention of Wendy Beaver who lived in that area.
• With Annette Stephens, Mutch continues to target newspapers and media to discredit Ken and Kenja.
• Mutch can be linked to deprogrammings. He is linked to the 1992 CultAware and uses it to promote his causes.
• It is to Mutch that the post-deprogrammed, mentally unstable Michael Beaver goes. Michael writes, for Stephen Mutch, a letter bad mouthing Ken and Kenja. Mutch touts this letter in parliament after Michael’s suicide.
• After Michael Beaver’s suicide, Annette Stephens/ Bianchi and Mutch flaunt this tragedy in their attack on Ken and Kenja.
• It is through this suicide, that Stephens/ Bianchi and Mutch finally get the break they are looking for in the media – A Current Affair picks up the story.
• Deeply involved in the attack against Ken and Kenja, Mutch is exposed, through Annette Stephens’ diary, as meeting with Stephens/ Bianchi, the head of CultAware, and others to discuss “New Tactics” in this attack.
• It is after this “New Tactics” meeting that the apparent targeting of young women emerges, to bring molestation charges against Ken in 1993.
• One of the young women claim Annette Stephens “pushed” her into seeing Mutch.
• The 3 girls (sisters) present at Michael Beaver’s apparent deprogramming are schooled to allege molestation against Ken after A Current Affair picks up the story again.
• They do not go to police.
• They do not tell all to their mothers.
• They communicate to Stephen Mutch and Annette Stephens.
• Stephen Mutch flies down to Melbourne to interview one of the sisters and her best friend, in the company of Stephens/Bianchi, who tell him their intention about Kenja is to “eventually close it if possible”.
• Mutch does not take the girls to police, but to a local solicitor.
• He does not involve police.
• He gets the Police Minister involved.
• The Police Minister sends a brief to detectives.
• These detectives are operating under a directive from the police minister when they interview these girls.
• All this emerges and more when Mutch is under cross-examination in the 1993 trial of Ken (remember – Ken was exonerated of all charges)
• Mutch however was exposed in court.
• He erased laughter from the recording he took of his interview with the girls, complaining it was a mistake and to have done it accidentally.
• His involvement with Stephens/ Bianchi was exposed.
• Mutch was to eventually lose pre-selection for his seat.
• He did a doctorate on “cults” at university and now apparently travels and lectures on “cults”.
• As far as we are aware he is still the patron of CIFS.
• The same crowd appear in Melissa’s movie.
